EXCHANGE POLICY

Wrong size? No problem. We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchanges are for a different size of the same product, or another STRIX product of equal value, subject to availability.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final except for exchanges as described above.

 

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no extra cost.
