The right size makes a rash guard feel like a second skin. Too loose and it rides up; too tight and it restricts your shoulders. Use this guide to pick your size with confidence.

Measurements are taken flat and may vary by 1-2 cm.
How to choose
- Take a rash guard you already own and like, and lay it flat.
- Measure the chest straight across, 2 cm below the armhole.
- Compare with the chart. Our rash guards have an athletic fit, so choose the size closest to your measurement.
- Between two sizes, or prefer a looser feel? Size up.
Kids sizes
Our kids rash guards come in 8-9, 10-11 and 12-13 years. If your child is between sizes, size up so they can grow into it.
